The Doheny Condominium project was our first step into the ultra posh
Beverly Hills housing market. We assembled three consecutive lots
on North Doheny Boulevard, and proceeded to entitle the property for
23 luxurious condominium units. The units averaged over 2,400 square
feet each. The project also included two beautiful penthouse suites
measuring over 3,500 square feet each.
