Built on a former shopping center site, di Renzo is a successful example
of adaptive reuse meeting the escalating housing needs of one of California’s
fastest growing cities. Pacific Properties worked closely with neighbors
in the Riverside community of Sycamore Canyon to rezone the area for
158 upscale apartments and the firm contributed $300,000 towards the
first phase of a 20-acre city park. This innovative solution allowed
the community to begin building the park five years earlier than planned.
The community’s elegant Contemporary Spanish design compliments nearby
offices and retail stores. The units feature fine finishes in every
room, high ceilings, a full-size washer/dryer, patios and oversized
bathtubs. The seven two-story buildings are lushly landscaped and
surrounded by a fitness center, several courtyards, play areas and
a business center. |
