Steven D. Molasky is the sole owner, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Molasky Pacific LLC, a multi-dimensional real estate development company. He is a second generation builder and has developed over 12,000 apartments and homes and several master-planned communities. Retail centers and office hi-rises account for more than $1 billion in portfolio costs.
Molasky Pacific's focus in the new millennium has been condominiums. Sales of current conversions are $30,000,000/month. Hi-rise condominium projects in Las Vegas, San Diego, Long Beach and Oakland have anticipated sales of $2 billion. Included is a 2,000 room condo/hotel/resort taking advantage of the tremendous investor interest in Las Vegas.
Mr. Molasky has a long history of leadership and development experience, and is proud of the strong and long lasting relationships with an impressive list of institutional investors. Molasky Pacific has a reputation for successful projects throughout the years and is one of the most influential developers in the West.
Mr. Molasky is very active in many public and charitable organizations. He serves as a Board Member of The University of Nevada Las Vegas Foundation, Nevada Nuclear Waste Projects Commission (appointed by Nevada's Governor Kenny Guinn), past chairman for Nevada's Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Board President of Park Towers Condominium Association and past president and founder of the Nevada Institute for Contemporary Art.
Steven is a devoted single father to three daughters and one son. His extended family includes brothers, step-brothers, and a sister who are a vital part of his personal life. |
