Scott Lawrence is responsible for the debt and equity financing of
all completed projects and those under construction. He oversees new
construction finance, permanent finance, joint-venture equity and
mezzanine finance. Mr. Lawrence also works on short-term land acquisition
loans and lines of credit.
Mr. Lawrence has more than two decades experience in financing real
estate. Prior to joining Molasky Pacific, he worked with a major national
consulting firm, creating and managing more than 20 builder-owned
mortgage companies in 10 states with total loan origination volume
of more than $1 billion. Mr. Lawrence received a Bachelor of Science
degree from New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire. |
