Randall Reel is responsible for new multi-family development and value-added
opportunities in suburban and urban California markets. Involved in
real estate since 1990, Mr. Reel also has experience with asset disposition
involving performing and non-performing loan portfolios.
Mr. Reel was a founding officer and vice president of the self-storage
firm StorAmerica where he directed the acquisition and development
of 1.6 million square feet of industrial space across the western
United States.
At R.W. Selby & Company, a prominent Los Angeles apartment owner
and manager, Mr. Reel was involved in the acquisition, development,
and financing of both for-rent and for-sale multi-family housing.
He also worked on several major portfolio transactions with Secured
Capital, E&Y Kenneth Leventhal, Andersen Consulting, and Colony
Capital.
Mr. Reel holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration from
California State University, Fullerton.
